We are looking for a Head of Research to join our team to assist and advise on our research strategy and development, product roadmap, client servicing and quality assurance policies. This role shall work closely with the executive team, and our account management team to drive research standards and future planning within the business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive consumer research experience, working in or with large consumer-facing brands in the UK market. They should have an open-mind, and be keen to challenge industry norms to help us innovate within the space, while protecting key research standards.
Success in this role will be determined by the individual's ability to problem-solve, bring the best out of people and bring a unique perspective to the business.

We have already gained an impressive set of clients in Ireland in our first year of business, including Diageo, Coca Cola HBC, Glanbia, Tesco, Musgraves & Pernod Ricard to name a few. We are on a mission to revolutionise how they reach and understand their customers. We are currently a team of 12, and have recently received funding of €1.1M to continue expanding the team and product capabilities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Assisting & Advising Executive Strategy:
- Responsible for working with the executive team to advise on go-to-market strategy in the UK, and identify our strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to pursue.
- Playing the role of the customer in key product roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
- Assisting the executive team on validating company or product strategy.
Client Development:
- Responsible for working with the sales team on key client projects to ensure effective execution.
- Responsible for working with the sales team on client development strategies to improve key sales metrics.
- Being on hand to help answer any client queries, or offering their opinion where it would be of value.
Account Management Support:
- Working closely with the account management and customer success team to maximise quality assurance and service delivery from a research perspective.
- Working closely with the team to develop new methodologies, ways of working and fresh approaches to solve our clients needs.
- Helping iterate and improve on quality processes within the business.
Key Qualities, Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience working in or with large consumer brands in the UK market, with a deep experience of how research and insights are used and leveraged in these organisations.
- Proven experience working with and leading teams, with an ability to advise and consult people towards making key business decisions.
- Experience working with or in research agencies, research tools and key consumer data that is leveraged to make key decisions within a brand.
- An eagerness to innovate, solve problems and continuously push the boundaries of what is possible in the research industry.
