Compensation: €50,000 Base + Commission + Stock Options
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team, with an ambition to scale the Bounce Insights platform internationally. This role will involve working closely with founders, senior team members as well as the rest of the sales and marketing team to drive our business development, focusing on lead generation, opportunity creation and client acquisition.
This position will involve a lot of responsibility, with a large degree of autonomy to achieve targets around business development and optimising the sales outreach process. This will be a key role on the team, involving the creation of new opportunities in international markets, primarily focused on the UK market.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong capabilities in outbound sales prospecting and lead qualification, with an emphasis on improving and iterating on our outbound sales process. The ideal candidate will have an appetite to master our product offering and solution, and develop into an Account Executive in the team to source and close deals in their assigned market.
