Job Description:

We are looking for a driven account manager to join our team, with a desire to manage the Bounce Insights platform for domestic and international clients. This role will involve working closely with our sales and marketing team to manage inbound sales and client projects on the Bounce platform.


This position will involve a lot of responsibility, with a large degree of freedom to achieve targets around account management and customer success. This will be a key role on the team, involving building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of clients.

Bounce is a consumer research platform that enables consumer-facing brands to gather authentic consumer data from anyone in the world in real-time. We make consumer research easy, delivering the speed, ease and agility of a technology platform, with the support, robustness and flexibility of a research agency.


We have already gained an impressive set of clients in Ireland in our first year of business, including Diageo, Coca Cola HBC, Glanbia, Tesco, Musgraves & Pernod Ricard to name a few. We are on a mission to revolutionise how brands reach and understand their customers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Account Management & Customer Success:

  • Management of client projects via the Bounce platform (i.e. subscription & ad hoc clients)
  • Assisting in client feedback process alongside customer success team
  • Assisting clients on research project management (creating, launching, monitoring and cleaning client research projects)
  • Identifying and assisting the upselling of clients alongside the customer success team

Sales Development & Pipeline Management:

  • Inbound lead communication, qualification, and management
  • Closing inbound leads and new projects
  • Managing a CRM system to organise deals, sales activities and updating of deals pipeline
  • Assisting in pipeline management and projections alongside account management and customer success team

Financial Management:

  • Invoicing and billing clients for subscription and ad-hoc projects
  • Management of trade debtors and ensuring timely receipt of payments

B2B Marketing:

  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with content creation 
  • Assisting in key meetings around marketing strategy, content, etc
  • Assisting in other key projects 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) from a third-level institution
  • Proven experience in a customer facing role
  • Other beneficial experience (Not Required):
  • Experience with managing of CRM system (preferably PipeDrive)
  • Project management skills / experience
  • Experience with a start-up / working in small teams
  • An interest in technology / SaaS
